Howard County Income Guidelines

MIHUs are sold or rented through the Department of Housing & Community Development at affordable prices and rents set by the Department. Any person or family can apply to buy or rent an MIHU, provided their household income does not exceed the following maximums:

Lottery Details

Qualified candidates will have the opportunity to enter a drawing to buy a home in Howard County at a substantially reduced price. This exclusive opportunity to purchase a home is open to pre-qualified candidates via a lottery drawing to be held at the event. Candidates must pre-register for the drawing and submit all required paperwork by 5:00pm, April 11, 2012 and be present at the event on April 14th to be eligible to win.
