HoCo MoJo (Independent MObile JOurnalism Showcasing the “mojo” of HOward COunty) brought on Stacy Spann, the Director of Howard County Housing, to talk about the housing fair on April 9th, and all of the resources provided on the day of the fair.

The Howard County Times and Columbia Flyer both featured past lottery winner Tekyia Brower. Brower, a Marriotts Ridge high school teacher, and her seven year old son have lived in their MIHU property in Ellicott City since 2007.

The Housing Lottery is your chance to buy a newly renovated house in Howard County. But remember, you have to be pre-qualified and applications will not be accepted on the day of the fair! So make sure you check out the qualifications and get your application in by April 6, at 5 p.m.
